He has experience as licensed Arkansas Realtor, Louisiana and Arkansas Certified General Appraiser, and Arkansas, Texas, and Louisiana licensed auctioneer. Bill and his son, William, were licensed the first year Arkansas auction licenses were issued.
The company has done auctions for trust departments of several banks, bankruptcy courts, divorce courts, counties, municipalities, schools and law firms. It has conducted wholesale and retail businesses liquidations, surplus property liquidations, inventory reductions, and estate liquidations. Auctions have been held for Ducks Unlimited chapters, Wild Turkey Federation chapters, and various charity organizations. The company has also served as court ordered Receiver and Liquidator of businesses in receivership.
The company has conducted auctions for most types of real estate: residential, commercial, agricultural, improved and unimproved lands, timberlands, recreational lands, and distressed properties.
Personal property auctions have included: antiques, collectibles, heavy construction equipment, machine shops, metal fabrication shops, cars and trucks, automobile dealerships, building supply, and electronic equipment businesses.
